The export of Russian wheat started through port of Vladivostok
On December,25 the vessel Jay Fortune moored for loading in commercial port of Vladivostok. It is planned to load 10,500 t of wheat for shipment to South Korea. The shipment is fulfilled under long-termed contract of Novosibirsk-origin firm "Universal" and unnamed partners from South Korea. Total amount of wheat, that could be exported through port of Vladivostok in 2003 is expected to reach 1,5 mln t. The grain for shipments is purchased in Novosibirsk oblast, Altaisky krai and Kazakhstan.
