Tatarstan harvested 230.000 tonnes of potatoes

As of September 30, 230.000 tonnes of potatoes were harvested in the Republic of Tatarstan, compared to the same index of the last year – 127.000 tonnes, reported the Ministry of agriculture and food of Tatarstan.

The average yield throughout the Republic totals 228 c/ha, as compared to 186 c/ha in the last year. The leaders of harvesting campaign are the farms of Kukmorsk region – 36.000 tonnes were harvested with 300 c/ha average yield.

In Baltasinsk region 33.300 tonnes of potatoes were harvested with the yield of 188 c/ha, in Laishevsk region – 28.400 tonnes with more than 200 c/ha.
