Modifications put into customs clearance regulations of Ukraine
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made amendments into the Decree "About Approval of Procedure of Customs Clearance of Imported Goods (Products), which Are Subject to Obligatory Certification in Ukraine" of November 4, 1997. The Decree determines the procedure of customs clearance of imported goods, brought into the customs territory of Ukraine by economic entities with the aim of their further sale or exchange.
Item 2 of the Decree, starting with the words "The procedure does not relate to imported goods (products), brought in…" has been supplemented by a paragraph, proceeding "as research samples of varieties of plants, brought into Ukraine with the aim of state tests on the basis of documental proofs of State Plants Variety Service".
