US accused Ukrainian and Belarusian fertiliser suppliers of dumping

US Ministry of Trade has accused suppliers of urea from Ukraine and Belarus of dumping their product in the US market and threatened them with prohibitive duties.

According to the official declaration of the Ministry published February 28, the Ukrainian and Belarusian exporters might be imposed with 194 percent and 227 percent duties correspondingly.

The decision will take effect if USA Commission on International Trade within 45 days confirms that the imports of this product have been actually or potentially damaging to the corresponding US industry.
