Ukrainian Parliament considered amendments into land leasing law
Verkhovna Rada (Parliament of Ukraine) has considered today the bill "About Changes into the Law of Ukraine "About Land Leasing"" in the first reading. The bill was submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to the bill the maximal term of land leasing must not exceed 50 years. The bill stipulates a possibility of sub-rent of the leased land plots. Among the leasers there can be citizens and juridical persons of Ukraine, foreign citizens, stateless persons, foreign juridical persons, international associations and organisations and foreign states.
