Crimean government will check execution of land legislation
Committee for Land Resources of the AR of Crimea will perform total inspections concerning execution of effective legislation in the process of land and property sharing in the Crimean farming sector. Such a task was set up in the Crimean Cabinet of Ministers' decree, adopted at the last sitting of the government, press service of the Crimean government informed.
The decision was caused by a high rate of law breeches in this sphere. Following 3,800 inspections, performed by the committee, breeches of the law were revealed in more than 3,000 cases.
According to the committee, 28,100 state land property certificates were issued in the Republic in 2002. Totally, since the beginning of land sharing procedure there have appeared 71,200 new land owners on the Crimean peninsula.
