Since 2005 grain will be stored only in certified warehouses - Ukraine's government

According to a decree of Ukrainian government of April 11 this year, since January 1, 2005 grain warehouses without certificate of conformance will lose the right to accept grain and processing products for storage.

Technical provision of this regulation is charged on Agrarian Ministry, which should arrange for practical introduction of warehouse documents on grain and provide for conformance certification of grain warehouses for grain and grain products storage services till December 31, 2004.

Besides, until June 1, 2003 the Ministry should provide the State agent on mortgage purchases of grain with a proper number of simple and double warehouse certificate forms for realisation of mortgage and direct purchases of grain in current year.
