Cabinet approved governmental commission to re-structure state JSC "Khleb Ukrainy"

The Cabinet of Ministers on June, 13 has ratified structure of a governmental commission on re-structuring of the state-owned joint-stock company "Khleb Ukrainy".

The decree from July, 13, 2003 states that Minister of Economics and on questions of the European integration of V. I Horoshkovski will be the chairman of a governmental commission. And the deputy of the state secretary of Ministry of Finance O.M Svirida will be appointed as the vice-president of a governmental commission. Besides them the structure of a commission will consists of more 14 persons.

As it was informed earlier, on May, 19, 2003 the government of Ukraine has made the decision to create state enterprise " Agency on re-structuring the indebtedness of the enterprises of agrarian and industrial complex " with the purpose of improvement of a financial position of the state-owned joint-stock company Khleb Ukrainy. According to the decree of the Cabinet №690 from May, 15 the Agency will be allocated from structure the state-owned joint-stock company Khleb Ukrainy and transmitted to management to the Ministry of an agrarian policy. The government has charged State exchequer, the State Committee on a state material reserve, Ukreximbank and the state-owned joint-stock company itself to transmit to Agency liabilities of Khleb Ukrainy. Besides, choses in action to debtors of the state-owned joint-stock company for accounts of payment of material resources will be transmitted to Agency.
