Professional potato growers of Ukraine are rapidly expanding planting area for 2010
Fundamental study «Potato business of Ukraine & Russia 2010», which is carried out by Fruit-Inform includes production and price forecast for the upcoming season as well as forecast for the development of the potato business during the next 5 years. Preliminary results of the study show that area under potatoes at the professional farmers will be expanded very significantly in 2010. Moreover, we also expect major changes in the production and marketing structure for potatoes.
