Some positional replacements in the Ministry of Agrarian Policy
President of Ukraine has discharged Yuri Luzan by his decree from the position of the First Deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine because of cancellation of this position. By another decree Yuri Luzan has been appointed First Deputy Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.
Leonid Kuchma has also signed a decree, discharging Serhiy Melnyk from the position of State Secretary of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, because of cancellation of the position. Serhiy Melnyk is appointed the First Deputy Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine for Relations with Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
