Late May will see mass sweet cherry harvesting in Ukraine's largest farms

Despite cold winter and late spring, sweet cherry selling is to be on time this season in Ukraine. According to "Fruit-inform.com" , late May is expected to see the first wholesale lots of early sweet cherry from Melitopolskiy district . The producers forecast that the initial price will decrease twice in comparison with last year and will amount to 10-15 gr/kg ( 1.03-1.5 euro) . On the fifth of May the first export to Russia is expected.
