Business-tour at the conference “Potatoes & Vegetables of Ukraine - 2012”
Fruit-Inform, the organizer of the 4th International Conference “Potatoes and Vegetables of Ukraine – 2012”, would like to remind you that the conference will start its work in a month. This year's event is co-organized by Ukrainian Association of Potato Producers and Association of Wholesale Markets of Ukraine. Traditionally, Ovoschevodstvo (Vegetable Growing) Magazine is the conference general media-partner.
The conference will take place in Kiev, Ukraine, February 16-17, 2012. The first conference day (February 16) will be held at President Hotel's conference hall and will come to an end with a gala-dinner. The second day (February 17) will be devoted to the business-tour for the first conference day's participants.
The business-tour will start at 09:00 a.m. with the guided tour to Stolychnyi Agricultural Center, the largest wholesale market of Ukraine. As of today, Stolychnyi is a business place for such import companies, as Tropik (Kiev), Tropik (Lvov), UFC, Repka, DS-Fruit, Golden Fruit, Akara Fruit, Ukrainian Fruit & Vegetable Company, Natura Ukraine, Triada System, Sun-Gold, Natura Product. In addition, Stolychnyi is a place for the distribution center of Novus retail chain. The tour to Stolychnyi Agricultural Center will be guided by Mr. Aleksey Chumak, Director of the Center.
The second part of the second conference day includes a tour to Olvita Company, which is specialized in production, post-harvest handling and processing of fresh produce. The business-tour participants will be able to familiarize themselves with Olvita production, processing and storage departments. The tour will be guided by Mr. Yuriy Boguslavskiy, Founder of Olvita.
Pay your attention that a number of the business-tour participants is limited due to a specific character of the visited companies' activities. Participation in the business-tour is available for participants of the conference “Potatoes and Vegetables of Ukraine – 2012” and costs additional 75 euro per each delegate.
