Fresh Produce Ukraine 2012 promotional campaign launched!
Fruit-Inform announces of the start of Fresh Produce Ukraine 2012promotional campaign! As of today, their participation in the 2nd international fair has been already confirmed by more than 50% of the previous event's exhibitors. From now on, we start accepting applications also from new companies wishing to join participants of the Eastern European fresh produce sector's most successful project with a distinctive professional specialization. The exhibitionis unique for the Eastern European fruit and vegetable business, as among its participants we may find only professional companies representing all links of the fresh produce supply chain: from suppliers of machinery, equipment, seeds and seedlings to farmers, processors, wholesalers and even supermarkets. In 2011, such a format was successfully enjoyed by about 4,500 visitors, as they managed to receive full information about technology novelties, listen to the production and price forecast, communicate with colleagues, conclude contracts of machinery, equipment or seed supply as well as sell 2011 crop and conclude contracts for the next year. High concentration of professionals enabled exhibitors to make the most efficient use of their time and receive the highest returns.
The project was officially supported by Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine as well as Ukraine's fresh produce industry associations. Chilean Fresh Fruit Association representing one of the most efficient and competitive fresh produce sectors in the world was the general sponsor of the fair. Total 2011 exhibition area amounted to 2,500 square meters shared among 85 companies from 10 countries of the world that enabled a number of visitors to reach 4,500 people from more than 25 countries throughout the globe, inclusive of the CIS, EU, North and South Americas, Africa and Asia. Over 83% of exhibitors were fully content with their participation and characterized it as “very successful”.
The exhibition was also a place for the sector's most important annual event: the 8th International Conference “Fruits & Vegetables of Ukraine – 2011. New Exporter”. Participants' highest attention was attracted by the 1st International Trade Forum, which enabled farmers and wholesalers from Ukraine and other countries of the world to meet Ukrainian and Russian supermarket chains and conduct direct negotiations with them.
In such a way, as of today, Fresh Produce Ukraine 2012is the only international and professional exhibition in Ukraine specializing exclusively in production, handling, processing, storage technologies and all trade and marketing aspects for fruits, vegetables and potatoes.
Taking into consideration last year's successful experience, Fruit-Inform confirms that Fresh Produce Ukraine 2012will again be a place for the 9th International Conference “Fruits & Vegetables of Ukraine – 2012” and the 2nd International Trade Forum that will enable participants to receive the highest returns from their participation.
Fresh Produce Ukraine 2012will take place at IEC, the most up-to-date exhibition center of Kiev, Ukraine, November 28-30, 2012. This year, the organizers expect both an increase in a number of exhibitors and expansion of their geography with the number of visitors to reach 6,000 people.
