In April AMP renews the wholesale price monitoring in Velyky Kopani market
On the 3rd of April the wholesale monitoring of fruit and vegetable prices will be renewed in the village Velyky Kopani in Kherson oblast. De-facto this market is a center of produce trade in the South of Ukraine. Despite of the fact that relatively moderate volumes of fruits and vegetables pass through this market comparing to the trade volumes of the southern region in the whole, the oblast prices are determined on the basis of Kopani market prices.
The results of the daily price monitoring are published in "Agrooglyad: Vegetables and Fruits" journal on a weekly basis; also on AMP web-site in the section "Prices-daily" on a daily basis.
The wholesale price monitoring is conducted by the Agricultural Marketing Project jointly with "Agrooglyad: Vegetables and Fruits" journal since April 2005; it is a part of the retail and wholesale price monitoring system carried out among the producers.
