On the 26th of April 2006 Agricultural Marketing Project plans to conduct the Field Day on early cabbage new hybrids, production and marketing technologies in Zakarpattya oblast
The Agricultural Marketing Project plans to hold the first Field Day in the season 2006 in Zakarpattya. The event will be dedicated to early cabbage new hybrids, production and marketing technologies. The place and venue are as follows: April 20th, 2006, the House of Culture in Zarechye village, Irshava rayon, Zakarpattya oblast. The seminar starts at 10:30 a.m. The participants will attend an on-site seminar and early cabbage demosite in the greenhouses of KIMM farm.
The modern and new for the region early cabbage hybrids from four leading seed companies are presented on the demosite. The organizers plan to demonstrate the modern technologies of early vegetable production.
The representatives of the leading companies: BEJO ZADEN, TEZIER, AGRIMATCO, RIJK ZWAAN will participate in the event; their companies' products are represented on the demosite. The seminar participants will have an opportunity to speak directly to AMP specialists, the qualified experts of the agricultural produce marketing, seed production, plant protection, drip irrigation and other modern technologies. The farmers and vegetable producers of Zakarpattya oblast, the representatives of the processing enterprises are invited to participate in the Field Day.
Early vegetable producers are especially interested in the sales issue, so they will be glad to communicate and establish contacts with the representatives of the wholesale purchase companies, Kyiv, Lviv, other cities' supermarkets, etc.
The participation is free of charge. The participants' quantity is limited; please register for participation beforehand.
All participants will get the handouts with the seminar materials and speakers' presentations, and also the recent issues of "Agrooglyad: Vegetables and Fruits" journal.
