Registration of participants of Russia's most important fruit and vegetable forum going on
Fruit-Inform and ITE Moscow inform of registration of participation in the 5th International Conference “Fruit & Vegetable Business of Russia – 2012” going on. The event is sponsored by the Russian company Fito-Mag, the leader in the quality preservation technology for fruits during long-term storage and transportation. As of today, their participation has been confirmed by about 50 fruit and vegetable sector professionals from Russia, Ukraine, Poland and other countries throughout the world.
Key conference speakers:

Mrs. Tetiana Getman, Head of Fruit-Inform, will present the Russian fruit and vegetable production and price forecast for the season 2012/13;

Mrs. Natalya Rogova, General Director of Association of Greenhouses of Russia, will speak on the Russian greenhouse business development prospects;

Mr. Sergey Lupekhin, Chairman of Potato Union of Russia, will assess the state of the Russian potato market and major risks connected with the business;

Mr. Konstantin Shvets, General Director of Fito-Mag, will provide information about Russian apple production (one of the most stably developing sectors) and apple imports minimization prospects.
The conference will also touch upon such topical issues as the impact of Russia's entry into the WTO upon fruit and vegetable imports geography and consequences of the biggest fruit and vegetable importer's bankruptcy for the market operators with indication of major aspirants in free niche.
In addition to analytical presentations, all conference participants will be able to find out more about latest global novelties in fruit and vegetable growing, handling, processing, storage, packing technologies and marketing.
