As to expert, investments in infrastructure projects of Ukraine's fruit and vegetable business to be recordly high in 2011
In 2011, investments in infrastructure of Ukraine's fruit and vegetable business will be recordly high. This was told by Andriy Yarmak, Head of Fruit-Inform Project, during summing-up of the first work day of the seventh international conference ”Vegetables and Fruit of Ukraine-2010”.
According to opinion of Mr. Yarmak, only during the first work day of the conference, it was announced of projects of overall cost of UAH 2 billion (about EUR 190 million). And this is only a small part of projects being talked over now.
As to the expert, the largest investments may be drawn in construction and development of wholesale markets, creation of up-to-date storage facilities by major fruit and vegetable producers, and distribution centers of wholesale and retail companies.
