Disabled people's organisations and religious communities should have rights for land title, parliamentary committee believes
The Committee on the Issues of European Integration has recommended Parliament to accept as a basis the changes into the Land Code of Ukraine, regarding the land title rights and the rights of permanent land usage.
The bill proposes to make amendments into two articles of the Ukrainian Land Code with the aim of restoring the rights of organisations, enterprises and institutions of disabled peoples and religious organisations of Ukraine as for their being subjects to land title and subjects to permanent land usage right.
The provisions of the bill are in line with the EU legislation and the obligations of Ukraine before the Council of Europe, the members of the Committee think.
