Russia: 981,500 t of grains sold in 20 days of grain interventions
According to the press-centre of Moscow Inter-Bank Currency Exchange, on April 6 the participants of tenders within state commodity interventions on Russian grain market bought 38,100 tonnes of grain, including 10,900 tonnes of milling wheat Class 3 at the average price of 5,129 roubles per tonne, 16,230 tonnes of wheat Class 4 at 4,063 roubles per tonne and 10,970 tonnes of milling rye Group A at 2,067 roubles per tonne (28.5 roubles = $1).
Totally over the twenty days of the exchange trades the amount of grain, sold from the state intervention fund, made 981,500 tonnes, including 288,400 tonnes of wheat Class 3, 545,650 tonnes of wheat Class 4 and 147,400 tonnes of milling rye.
