Russia: 1.017 mln t of grains sold in 21 days of grain interventions
According to the press-centre of Moscow Inter-Bank Currency Exchange, on April 7 the participants of tenders within state commodity interventions on Russian grain market bought 35,100 tonnes of grain, including 8,200 tonnes of milling wheat Class 3 at the average price of 5,273 roubles per tonne, 16,500 tonnes of wheat Class 4 at 4,285 roubles per tonne and 10,400 tonnes of milling rye Group A at 3,007 roubles per tonne (28.5 roubles = $1).
Totally over the twenty one days of the exchange trades the amount of grain, sold from the state intervention fund, made 1.017 million tonnes, including 297,000 tonnes of wheat Class 3, 562,200 tonnes of wheat Class 4 and 157,700 tonnes of milling rye.
