Russia: 1.151 mln t of grains sold in 25 days of grain interventions
According to the press-centre of Moscow Inter-Bank Currency Exchange, on April 21 the participants of tenders within state commodity interventions on Russian grain market bought 36,300 tonnes of grain, including 10,400 tonnes of milling wheat Class 3 at the average price of 4,493 roubles per tonne, 18,200 tonnes of wheat Class 4 at 3,659 roubles per tonne and 7,700 tonnes of milling rye Group A at 2,583 roubles per tonne (28.5 roubles = $1).
Totally over the twenty five days of the exchange trades the amount of grain, sold from the state intervention fund, made 1,151,000 tonnes, including 343,500 tonnes of wheat Class 3, 628,400 tonnes of wheat Class 4 and 179,000 tonnes of milling rye.
