Iran's raisin exports to Ukraine record high in January

According to State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the country imported record high 1,700 tonnes of Iranian raisins in January 2013, an increase of 36% from the same month of the previous year. For comparison, Iran exported just 1,100 tonnes of raisins to Ukraine in January 2012.

Iran keeps on leading in raisin exports to Ukraine. In January 2013, this country accounted for 74% of Ukraine's total imports and was followed by Uzbekistan and Afghanistan.
