Iran leads in raisin exports to Russia
Iran remains the leader in raisin exports to the Russian Federation.
Iran exported 26,000 tons of raisins to Russia in the season 2012/13, the share of 54% in Russia's total imports.
Iran has been increasing raisin exports to the Russian Federation for the third year in a row despite a decrease in Russia's total imports in the season 2011/12. For comparison, in the previous season Russia purchased 22,000 tons of Iranian raisins, 18% lower than in the season 2012/13.
