Ukraine: raisin imports record low in November
Ukraine's imports of raisins in November were the lowest over the past 5 seasons, according to the official statistics.
The import volumes stood at 1,800 tons, a decrease of 22% compared with the same month of the previous season and 26% lower than average over the past 5 years.
Ukraine's cumulative imports of raisins over the first 5 months of the season 2013/14 decreased by 10% year-on-year and totaled just 6,600 tons against record high 7,300 tons in the same period of the previous season.
We would remind you that Iran, India and Uzbekistan are the largest exporters of raisins to Ukraine.
