Poland: high demand for red cabbage

The Polish market participants say an increase in sales of red cabbage in the country.

Red cabbage prices have started growing already in early January and reached 0.23-0.28 euro/kg. Current price range amounts to 0.23-0.31 euro/kg.

At the same time, farmers do not expect a further sharp increase in prices due to abundant supply of red cabbage in the Polish market.
