The onion got up in Zakarpattya
Past week the retail price for onion increased up to USD $ 0.22-0.28/kg in Zakarpattya oblast; this is caused by onion supply shortening on market. In the other regions of Ukraine prices for this commodity remained stable. Zakarpattya obtains the last place as the onion producer in Ukraine so prices for this commodity depend much on the supplies from the other regions. In line with price growth for fuel and lubricants the expenses on transportation have grown too, and the price for onion is increasing correspondently.
