Most willingly the consumers spend their additional profit on honey, cheese, meat, fruits and vegetables

The food stuff demand elasticity survey carried out in various countries of the world proves that income growth among population leads to the sufficient changes in food stuff consuming structure. For example, it is proven that each additionally earned hryvnya increases consumer expenses on honey and cheese on another one and a half hryvnya, and on canned fruits and berries - on 1.4 UAH. At the same time the demand on potato, cereals and bread is shortening. The income growth is almost in direct ratio to demand growth on fresh fruits and berries. For example, this year a real average income of the Ukrainians increased on 15%, and the demand on fresh vegetables and fruits increased nearly to the same extent.
