Ukraine: grain cargoflow in Mariupol port in 2004 increased 40 pc
According to operative data of Ukrainian seaport department "Ukrmorport", in 2004 Mariupol port (the major port on the Sea of Azov, east Ukraine) shipped 187,000 tonnes of grains to export destinations. The amount was 39.9 percent larger than in 2003.
Total volume of cargoflow in Mariupol port in 2004 amounted to 14.771 million tonnes, which was by 1.3 million tonnes (9.6 percent) more than in 2003.
