Information for fruit and vegetables business in CIS
In January 2005 64 tons of canned fruit and vegetable commodities were produced in Ukraine
According to the data of the operational statistics, the production of canned fruits and vegetables amounts to 62 tons. This figure is 8% bigger than in the previous month, when 34 tons of this commodity was produced.
In January 2004 40 tons of canned fruits and vegetables were produced; it is 39% lesser than the amount produced in January 2005.
In January 2005 the mentioned commodity was produced only by the enterprises of Kherson (47 tons) and Volyn (17 tons) oblasts.
