The production of fruit and vegetable juices increased on 17% in Ukraine

According to the data of the State Statistic Committee, in 2004 in Ukraine 466,300 tons of nectar, fruit and vegetable juices were produced; this figure exceeds the production volumes in 2003 on 17.4% (or 81,200 tons).

In 2004 the largest volumes of nectar, fruit and vegetable juices were produced in Mykolaiv (194,000 tons) and Odesa (108,800 tons) oblasts.
