In August-September period Ukrainian top-quality wheat to cost $115 per tonne (FOB)
According to calculations of Ukrainian Grain Association (UZA), Ukrainian wheat Class 3 will unlikely cost more than $115 per tonne on FOB basis.
UZA expert explains that on the one hand EU has oversupply, on the other hand Russia carries out very intensive applies export policy and Russian prices are lower than Ukrainian ones.
To draw purchasing prices closer to minimal grain prices set earlier, the government has to undertake some measures. Firstly it is VAT refund and decrease of production and handling expenses structure.
