Harvest progress in Ukraine, July 22
According to operative data as of July 22, Ukrainian agrarians harvested 8.74 million tonnes of wheat from 49 percent of the forecast area (3.26 million hectares) at the average yield 2.79 tonnes per hectare, reported Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
Barley was harvested from the area 1.13 million hectares, and obtained 2.25 million tonnes of the grain. Barley average yield continues to decline, as of July 22 it made 2 tonnes per hectare.
Rapeseed has been harvested from 93,900 hectares (45 percent of the forecast). Total rapeseed crop as of today makes 146,000 tonnes, average yield - 1.55 tonnes per hectare.
