Cold and snow are heading to Ukraine
According to Ukrainian weather centre (Centre for Hydro-Meteorology), due to displacement of arctic air masses from northern part of Russia to Ukraine, on October 29 a sharp drop in temperature should be expected - in night-time hours to plus 4 - minus 1 degree Celsius, in daytime hours - to plus 1 to 5 degrees on most of the territory.
Encroachment of the cold will be accompanied by strong north-eastern wind gusts and small rains with wet snow. Precipitations are not to be expected only in western areas.
