Canned vegetable production decreased in October
According to the data of the official statistics, in October canned vegetable production decreased considerably comparing to the previous month, only 15,810 tons are produced. Comparing to September 2005, the decrease is worth to 51% or 16.170 tons. Still, the production rate is greater on 31% than it was in October 2004 (12,070 tons are canned).
According to the latest data, in January-October 2005 the total volume of 116,070 tons of vegetables was canned, that is 22,570 tons more than in the same period of time past year.
