The first case of bird flu found in Georgia
Prime minister of Georgia Zurab Nogaidely said on February 24th that according to preliminary data in Georgia was registered the first case of bird flu.
According to his words, dangerous virus was found in swan's body that had been found by local inhabitants in the village area.
As premier said, that corresponding material was sent to London for more detailed examination.
As was reported, the day before the local inhabitants have found in the village area more than 20 dead heads of migrant birds.
