Wholesale prices for oyster mushrooms and champignons declined abruptly in Kyiv
According to the information provided by the Agricultural Marketing Project to "Agrooglyad: Vegetables and Fruits journal, the wholesale prices for oyster mushroom and champignon have abruptly declined right after the Easter holidays in Kyiv. The price decrease averaged 17% for champignon and 9% for oyster mushroom. The wholesale mushroom shipment costs $1.8-2.15/kg on FARMER wholesale market in Kyiv. And, compared to the pre-holiday period, no significant price difference for major vegetables, fruits and berries has been observed today in Kyiv.
