Multi-fruit and orange juices remain the most popular

According to survey conducted by VITMARK-UKRAINE Company, orange flavor is still the most popular among "pure" flavors (i.e. one-component juices from fruits, vegetables or berries which are not mixed with other flavors). According to company's information, in kind orange juices occupy 13% of juice market in Ukraine. Apple and tomato juices tailgate orange juice as for the popularity: these juices occupy 12% and 11% of market respectively. Peach, pineapple, grape, apricot, sour cherry juices have 4-7% of market each. Mango, grapefruit, banana juices' shares are only 1-2%. Other "pure" flavors occupy around 5% of market.

Mixed flavors are the most popular among Ukrainian consumers: these juices have more than one third of market. Juices of two flavors make 13% of sales, three flavors - 4%. Multi-fruit juices are 15% of juice market; people also call them "multi-vitamin" juices.

People of age 25 to 45 years are the general juice buyers; they purchase around 40% of juice sold in the country. Pensioners are the smallest group of juice buyers: they purchase only 3% of overall juice volumes. More than one half of juice buyers have family income of more than $ 117.6 per one family member.

According to the survey, SANDORA Company has the largest share of Ukrainian juice market of around 45%. It is followed by VITMARK Company (30%) and ERLAN Company (19%).
