One week is left by the end of registration for participation in "Mushroom Industry 2007" international conference

The event of the year for mushroom producers, the second international exhibition-conference "Mushroom Industry 2007" will start on the 12th of June 2007 in the National complex "Expocenter of Ukraine". This event will gather the largest players of the mushroom market in Ukraine: mushroom growers, the suppliers of raw materials, inputs and production technologies. On the exhibition the mushroom producers will see the suppliers of mycelium, compost, climate control equipment, engineer systems for mushroom production, mushroom protection assets and other technologies represented by dozens of Ukrainian and foreign companies.

On June 12th till 14th the same-name conference will be conducted in the framework of the exhibition. This will be the meeting place for the mushroom business elite. A very interesting program is planned on the conference; the mushroom growers have hardly witnessed such an agenda before. The remarkable feature of the conference program will be its market focus: a number of reports will be dedicated to the mushroom business perspectives in Ukraine and in the world, the demand for mushrooms, the promotion methods for the products of mushroom growers, the work with supermarkets and processing enterprises. The elements of mushroom production technologies are also included to the program; they will cover the most advanced and technological aspects of mushroom production, such as caking utilization, production and utilization of compost III phase, modern climate control equipment, the preparation of quality substrate, the application of mushroom additives.

Also, the agenda provides the presentations and reports dedicated to such topics like the personnel training for mushroom production, the observance of the sanitary-hygiene requirements in the daily activities of mushroom farms.
