Ukraine has increased 22% the volumes of imported "sweet" cans during three quarters of 2007

According to the data provided by the analysts "Agrooglyad: Vegetables and Fruits", during first 9 months of 2007 Ukrainian companies have increased 22%, up to 15,500 tons the imports of canned "sweet group" (jam, jelly, marmalade, fruit butter and puree).

The main consumers of these products were the companies of confectionary industry, which started to build up the production volumes. To the opinion of the analysts of "Agrooglyad: Vegetables and Fruits", the growth of canned fruit production in 2007 was insignificant to satisfy the growing demand.

We'd like to remind that all the participants of the fourth international conference "Fruits and Vegetables of Ukraine 2007. Meeting New Leader" will have a good opportunity to find new suppliers of inexpensive and quality canned produce from Moldova. The event is planned on the 4th-6th of December 2007 in Kyiv on the territory of the National Complex "Expocenter of Ukraine". The international seminar is planned in the program of the conference. The leading canneries and suppliers of fresh fruits and vegetables from Moldova will participate in the seminar.

There are only two days left till the end of the registration of the conference participants!
