Moldova: grape harvesting completed throughout 37 % of areas

As the Agrarian agency VinMoldova reported, wine-growers of Moldova are harvesting a bumper crop this season. At the moment , 37 % of grape lands are harvested and the average yield throughout the Republic varies within a range of 32.6 – 47 c/ha. Exports of table and technical varieties of grapes increased respectively. At the moment 1.632 tonnes of grapes are exported to Russia, Ukraine and Romania as compared to the same period of the last year – the volume of exported grapes totaled 12.300 tonnes.
