Ukraine: demand for seed potatoes down
Demand for seed potatoes sharply decreased, reported sellers to the specialists of Fruit-Inform project.
According to analysts, lack of exact plans for next season is the main reason of the current situation. At the moment some producers do not exclude price decrease for seed material due to difficulties with the sales and getting credits. Nevertheless, as specialists estimated, potato-growing was still a lucrative business, even taking into account the current price level.
