Russia: prices for Israel fresh herbs increased
During the week, prices for dill, parsley and cilantro of Israeli origin increased by 10 %, reported representatives of wholesale companies to the specialists of Fruit-Inform project. At the moment, selling prices for imported fresh herbs are declared within a range of 8.86 euro/kg, compared to the level of the beginning of November when the range remained practically unchanged and the highest possible level did not exceed 8.1 euro/kg.
As market participants reported, price increasing for this produce by main companies-suppliers is the main reason of the current situation. At that, sellers explain their actions by growth of dollar exchange course on the market of the Russian Federation.
