Ukraine's agriculture ministry expects 4 pc growth of country's farm production in 2003
Growth in Ukraine's agricultural production in 2003 is expected at the level of 4 percent as compared with 2002, while in 2002 it was 1.9 percent in comparison with the year before, an official from the Ministry of Agrarian policy has informed.
The official said the above figure was planned to be achieved on account of measures the government was to introduce in this year. Among these there is improvement of export/import and credit policies, formation of transparent agricultural products market and other.
