Forty-fold increase in Kazakhstan's grape imports over 5 seasons

 According to the official statistics, in the period from July 2012 to May 2013, Kazakhstan imported record high 80,000 tonnes of grapes, an increase of 46% from the same period of the previous season and an impressive forty-fold increase from the same period five seasons ago.

Uzbekistan, China, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan were the leaders in grape exports to Kazakhstan.

As regards the Ukrainian grape market, more detailed information about its developments and outlook will be presented during the 1st International Exhibition-Conference “Golden Bunch of Grapes – 2013”, which is to take place in Simferopol, Ukraine, August 22-24, 2013.
