In the center of Odesa the first in Ukraine "free flow" is opened

On the 19th of October on the Grecheskaya square in Odesa "Tavria-V" company opened new trading object - a modern trade complex with the supermarket, boutiques, food court and caf?.

The most part of the territory is occupied by a huge fast food complex which consists of a number of halls of the new for Ukraine format of public catering - "free flow", or improved "buffet" style. The characteristic peculiarity of this format is free approach to the kitchen zone. So some of technological processes are disposed to observation; the visitors can choose any of the various dishes, pay for it and then sit in any place of the hall. There is an element of a theater, a show in the technology itself. The restaurateurs consider that this aspect makes free flow so popular among public.

"No doubt, each country has the peculiarities of this format, - says for sure Fedor Karbyshev, the manager of technological division, "New Project" company, - and Ukrainian free flow will never be the accurate copy of foreign counterparts, still the experience of the closest to Ukraine as to mentality and spirit Latvian "Lido" and Russian "Grabli" was of great use for the project development and selection of the equipment.
