According to information provided to ""Agrooglyad: Vegetables and fruits" journal" by the mushroom market players, we should expect the market price growth for champignon and oyster mushroom because of the increased demand for these products on the noon of the Easter holidays.
At the same time, the journal analysts draw attention of the market players to the fact that the price growth for mushrooms can be higher than expected. The thing is, the dates of the Easter holidays coincide this year for Catholic, Protestant and Orthodox concessions. So the inner demand can be greater than usually. The market will hardly be saturated by means of import, because the main country-mushroom supplier to Ukrainian market, Poland, is also expecting the price and demand growth for champignon and oyster mushroom.
